摘要
从理论角度阐述了液压转向系统的跟随性,通过多方面的测试数据,解释了其在乘用车上的系统表现。从对液压转向系统操控性优化调节角度出发,调整转向泵排量、限压阀等,改善其转向系统跟随性,以实现在低速和高速时轻便、可靠的转向系统操控性能。通过对某款车型转向系统的优化实例,说明了该研究的可行性。
The following behavior of hydraulic steering system is elaborated in the paper and its performance on passenger cars is explained with various test data. To optimize hydraulic steering system handling, adjust steering pump displacement, pressure limiting valve, etc., improve following behavior of the steering system, so that to achieve ease and reliable handling performance of the steering system in high and low speed. The case of optimization of a passenger car steering system verifies feasibility of this study.
