摘要
分子筛作为碳氢吸附剂(HCA)广泛应用到天然气催化剂的材料中,但由于不同分子筛性能不同,使得含HCA催化材料在不同发动机上对THC的处理表现能力表现出较大的不同。如何筛选出满足催化剂设计要求的分子筛材料是进行催化剂设计的重要考虑因素。本文采用比表面积、孔径分布和XRD分析,对所选的三种分子筛Hβ、HZSM-5和NaY的抗热及水热老化性能进行考察。研究结果表明:Hβ在水热老化后骨架坍塌比较严重,抗水热老化性能较差;而NaY的抗热老化性能较差;HZSM-5在热及水热老化后能保持大部分的孔结构,最终HZSM-5分子筛材料相对更适合尾气净化催化剂材料。
Molecular sieve as a kind of the hydrocarbon absorbent (HCA) is used extensively in the material of natural gas catalysts, thus the performance of various molecular sieve is different. The important considerate factor for designing catalysts is how to choose molecular sieve material that can meet to the demand of catalysts'design. The thermal and hydrothermal stability of three molecular sieve H~, HZSM-5 and NaY were researched through the analysis of surface areas, pore distributions and XRD. The results showed that the framework of Hβ collapses seriously after hydrothermal aged, so it isn ~t hydrothermal stable. NaY is not thermal stable. The framework of HZSM-5 collapses slightly after both thermal and hydrothermal aged, so HZSM-5 is more suitable material of the exhaust purifying catalyst.
