摘要
西双版纳傣族传统饮食文化以重保健、讲和谐、爱自然、追求美成为中华民族饮食文化中一颗耀眼的新星。通过论述傣族传统饮食文化的特征,探索傣族饮食文化蕴含的生态文化和精神文化的美学价值。
Xishuangbanna Dai nationality traditional dietetic culture attaches importance to health care, harmony, natural law and aesthetic sense. It has become a bright star in the dietetic culture of the Chinese people. This article explicates the features of Dai traditional dietetic culture and probes into its aesthetic value from the angle of ecology and human spirit.
