摘要
目的:探讨人工全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的疗效及可靠性。方法:将65例有老年股骨颈骨折患者随机分为对照组(30例)和观察组(35例),分别采用人工股骨头置换术和全髋关节置换术治疗,并比较两组手术疗效、疼痛和术后并发症发生率。结果:全髋关节置换术组的疗效明显优于人工股骨头置换组,观察组的疼痛发生率、并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人工全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效较人工股骨头置换术好,且疼痛发生率和并发症发生率低。
Objective To explore the efficacy and reliability of artificial total hip arthroplasty for femoral neck fractures in elder- ly. Method 65 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures were divided into the control group （ 30 cases ） and the observation group （35 cases） randomly. They were treated by hemiarthroplasty and total hip arthroplasty respectively, and we compared two sets of sur- gery efficacy,pain and the incidence of postoperative complications. Results Total hip arthroplasty group was significandy better than the hemiarthroplasty group ,the incidence of pain and the complication rate of the observation group were lower than the control group ,the differ- ences were significant. Conclusion Compared with hemiarthroplasty,the clinical efficacy of artificial total hip arthroplasty for femoral neck fractures is better,and the rate of pain and the occurrence of complication is lower.
