摘要
烧结机上的台车是烧结设备的重要工件,其端面把合孔的加工一直是利用镗床来完成的,本文通过钻模在钻床完成端面孔的加工,这种加工方式是将治具固定在台车端面,加工时自动调心不需要找正,这样既降低了成本,又提高了效率,符合现代化生产的需求。通过现场应用,端面孔用钻模的设计和使用取得了良好的效果。
pallet center castings plays important role during ore sintering processing. Generally its bore holes on both ends faces are machined on horizontal boring machine due to the structural characteristics of the castings. This paper analyse and research the posibility of machining the holes on common drill machine, and present a method that clamping the specific fixtures on the end face of the casting, then the drill cutters will align to holes center automatically, sothat cut off the cost and improve the production efficency. By practical tests, the method is well used.
