摘要
绞车运转时,主轴与轮毂摩擦力增大、磨损速度加快,配合间隙大大超过规定要求,造成制动闸盘偏摆,给绞车的安全可靠运行造成了隐患。通过修复,消除了设备存在的隐患,而且节省了大量的人力、物力。
The friction force increase between the axis and the wheel boss, and the axis and the wheel boss worn more quickly when the winch is running. That fit clearance outclass prescribed value, makes the brake drum running out, and bring unsafe hidden danger to the motion of the winch.
