摘要
应用试验研究,研究了工件材料硬度、刀具前角、切削用量(包括切削速度、进给量、被吃刀量)对切屑类型产生的影响,指明了切屑类型随切削用量的变化趋势,并应用传统的金属切削理论作出了解释,为高速切削淬硬钢提供了理论依据。
Based on the experiment of machining hardened steel the effect of milling parameters (including cutting speed, feed rate and cutting depth ) on chip formation are investigated. The variation rules of chip formation with cutting speed, feed rate and cutting depth are given, which are interpreted in traditional machining theory .It lead us to correct the current milling parameters.
