摘要
简要介绍了机电设备3+2管理模式的定义,详细阐述了东庞矿洗煤厂机电设备3+2管理模式中的动态管理及考核模式与静态管理及分析模式的具体实施细则。生产实践表明,机电设备3+2管理模式的实施,使全厂机电设备做到了统一管理,统一调控,提高了检修维护质量,降低了检修费用,达到了节能降耗的目的,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。
The paper introduced the definition of mechanical and electrical equipment 3 ＋ 2 management mode, described the detailed rules for the implementation of dynamic management and examination mode as well as static management and analysis mode in mechanical and electrical equipment 3 ＋ 2 management mode. The implementation of the 3 ＋ 2 mode shows that realized unified management, unified adjustment and control for all of mechanical and electrical equipment in this plant, thus improved the level of mainte- nance, decreased the cost of service, reached the target of saving energy and lower consumption, it has achieved significant economic and social beneficial.
