摘要 针对渡市选煤厂介耗较高,影响精煤产品质量和产率的情况,对原煤脱泥、精煤脱介、磁选介质回收、精煤泥脱介等子系统进行了技术改造,不仅有效降低了生产过程中的介质消耗,并且提高了精煤产率,取得了良好的经济效益。 According to the issues that high medium consumption and low clean coal yield and quality in Dushi coal preparation plant, the technical renovation was done on the subsystems such as raw coal deslime, clean coal medium draining, medium recovery in magnetic separation system and clean fine coal medium draining. The result of the technical renovation present not only reduced the medium consump- tion in production process, but also increased the yield of clean coal, obtained better economic beneficial for the plant.
