摘要
目的 :观察国产膜肺对急性呼吸衰竭兔进行体外氧合的治疗效果。方法 :2 0例健康家兔 ,人为造成急性呼吸衰竭后用国产膜肺行体外循环转流为观察组 ( 组 ) ,按规定时间分别检查动、静脉血气分析 ,并记录其生命维持时间。 15例健康家兔 ,人为造成急性呼吸衰竭为对照组 ( 组 ) ,记录其生命维持时间 ,并与 组进行比较。结果 : 组在转流中各时间点的血气分析均在正常范围 ,生命维持时间明显优于 组。结论 :国产膜肺能纠正机体缺氧及高碳酸血症 ,对功能衰竭的呼吸系统有辅助治疗作用。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of domestic membrane oxygenator on the rabbits with acute respiratory failure(ARF) Methods:20 rabbits with artificial ARF undergone cardiopulmonary bypass using domestic membrane oxyenator were served as the observing group(Group 1) The arterial blood gas analysis and vein blood gas analysis were scheduled to be done and the life supporting time was recorded 15 rabbits with artificial ARF were served as the contrastive group(Group 2) at the same time Their life supporting time was recorded and compared with the group 1 Results:In the group 1,all of the blood gas analysis were normal during the cardiopulmonary bypass and the life supporting time was longer significantly than the group 2 Conclusion:Domestic membrane oxygenator can correct oxygendeficit and hyperbicarbonatemia,and has supplementary/treatment for the respiratory failure as well
