摘要
目的:观察纯尿促卵泡素(FSH)治疗特发性少弱精子症的疗效,并对其有效性、安全性进行观察。方法:2011年6月～2012年3月间在山东中医药大学第二附属医院生殖医学科,根据WHO推荐的诊断标准采用计算机辅助精液分析系统等方法筛选100例男性不育患者中的少弱精子症人群,采用纯FSH 75IU,每3d一次肌肉注射,疗程3个月。采用自身前后对照的方法,以a、b级精子和精子活动率(a+b+c)为指标,评价FSH的疗效。结果:应用FSH的病例较治疗前a、b级精子和精子活动率(a+b+c)均显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:纯FSH治疗男性特发性少弱精子症可改善患者的精液质量,并无不良反应。
Objectives： To observe the clinical efficacy of pure urinary follicle stimulating hormone （FSH） in the treatment for idiopathic oligospermia and asthenospermia. The effectiveness and safety of pure FSH were also evaluated. Method： From June 2011 to March 2012, according to the WHO recommended diagnostic criteria, computer - assisted semen analysis system was used to screen for 100 cases of male infertility patients with oligospermia and asthenospermia to form a sample in the depart- ment of reproductive medicine of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Patients were treated by intramuscular injection with pure FSH 75IU once every 3 days, for a course of 3 months. The efficacy of FSH was assessed before and after the treatment with a,b sperm and sperm mobility（ a ＋ b ＋ e ） as the index. Result： In terms of a, b sperm and sperm mobility（ a ＋ b ＋ c ）, the efficacy after the treatment with FSH was significantly better than that before the treat- ment（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment with pure FSH for patients with idiopathic oligospermia and asthenospermia could improve semen quality and had little adverse effects.
