超声用于宫颈妊娠诊断和治疗的临床体会 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨超声显像对宫颈妊娠的早期诊断的应用价值。方法对我院门诊超声检查拟诊为宫颈妊娠的患者26例进行回顾性研究,总结分析宫颈妊娠的超声图像特点,对比手术病理结果,探讨误诊的原因。结果经与其相应的手术病理结果对照,阴道超声的诊断符合率较高,正确率达96.2%,其中25例确诊为宫颈妊娠,1例为宫内妊娠流产。结论经阴道彩色超声诊断宫颈妊娠准确率高,结论可靠,对宫颈妊娠的诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要的价值。
