摘要
目的探索控制或化解药事纠纷的对策,提高药学服务工作质量。方法对药房调配工作差错事故记录进行统计、查找事件发生的原因、分析事件可能出现的后果,提出药事纠纷的应对策略,给予提高药房调配工作质量的建议。结果药事纠纷占调配处方比例0.080‰;药房调解处理52件,医务科调解处理5件,经济赔偿1件;发生的药事纠纷主要为药品调配、药品费用、处方开具、药品安全、药品使用等5类;属于药师、医师责任17件,占29.82%,属于患者责任40件,占70.18%。结论积极互相协调,良好沟通技巧,人性化服务,有助于控制与化解药事纠纷,发展医院药学事业。
Objective Explore countermeasures to control or resolve drug disputes, improve the quality of pharmaceutical care. Methods Pharmacy deployment of the accident record of the work of error statistics, find the causes of the incident, analyze the possible consequences of the event, to drug disputes, coping strategies, given the proposed increase in pharmacy deployment of quality.Results Drug disputes accounted for dispensing ratio of 0.080 %0; 52 of which are pharmacy mediation process, 5 are solved by the Medical Services, financial compensation of one. The occurrence of drug disputes are drug allocation, the costs of medicines prescribed, drug safety, drug use. 17 cases are related to pharmacists and doctors, accounting for 29.8%; 40 cases are related to patients, accounting for 70.18%. Conclusion Active co-ordination, good communication skills, human services are helpful to control and resolve drug disputes, and it is the better way to improve hospital pharmacy.
