感染性心内膜炎20例诊治体会 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨感染性心内膜炎的临床特点及诊治体会,以期提高感染性心内膜的诊治水平。方法对我院收治的20例感染性心内膜炎患者进行回顾性分析。结果 20例患者中,主要临床表现为发热、心脏杂音、肝肿大以及周围动脉栓塞。血培养阳性率60.0%,经超声心动图检查发现赘生物85.0%。结论基础心脏病史感染性心内膜炎的常见病因,医疗诊断技术的广泛应用增加了感染性心内膜炎发生的概率;血培养和超声心动图检查可提高感染性心内膜炎的确诊率;采用抗生素或者是手术尽早治疗可提高治愈率。
