摘要
2011年,佛山市图书馆正式提出"项目立馆"办馆理念,尝试引入项目管理,探索一套适应图书馆发展的经营模式,突破体制的局限,激发公共图书馆发展内动力,推动事业的变革和发展。
Foshan Library officially proposed the concept of ＂Running Library with Projects＂ in 2011. With the introduction of project management, Foshan Library has explored a set of management mode which is adapted to her development, so as to break through the limitations in system, arouse the inner motivation for public library development and promote transformation and development in librarianship.
