摘要
目的加强抗菌药物临床应用管理,促进抗菌药物合理使用。方法成立抗菌药物专项检查工作组,2011-08～12每天从医生工作站抽查2名医师的门诊抗菌药物处方,每名医师抽查处方5～10张,每月抽查有抗菌药物处方权医师大约25%,进行用药合理性点评。结果共抽查门诊236名具有抗菌药物处方权医师抗菌药物处方2 119张,其中不合理处方250张,不合理率为11.8%。不合理用药以无指征用药,药物选择不合理及用法用量不合理为主。结论通过抗菌药物处方专项点评,对存在问题及时反馈医师,及时修改,提高了本院门诊处方质量。
Objective To enhance antibacterial drug management and promote its rational application. Methods Under the direction of special antibacterial inspection group, antibacrerial prescriptions from Aug. to Dec. 2011 were randomly sampled and analyzed. Results 2 119 sheets of antibacterial prescriptions from 236 doctors were collected, in which 250 sheets were irrational. Unclear indication, inappropriate medication and incorrect dosage were commonly happened. Conclusion It helps to promote the rational application of antibacterial and improve prescription quality by special antiracial evaluation and feedback.
