摘要
本文运用德尔菲法筛选变量,通过问卷调查,实地访谈的方式获取本研究的第一手资料,并运用李克特态度量表法,得到我国县域金融监管法律问题的具体参数,通过对参数的分析总结出我国县域金融监管存在的法律问题主要有:县域金融参与者对法律意识薄弱、县域金融监管法律体系不完善、县域金融监管主体法律问题突出、县域金融监管正规金融与非正规金融征信机制不畅、县域金融监管人员设置重复和专业人才匮乏并存。
In this study, through questionnaires and interviews we obtain the first-hand information. By the Likert scale to get the specific parameters of the county financial regulation, the paper sums up a amount of legal issues of our county financial regulation, such as, the county financial participants＇ awareness of the law is weak, county financial regulation legal system is imperfect, there is a prominent problem in the county financial main body, the financial cred- it mechanism is poor, and the professional personnel missing and repeat staffing are existing.
