摘要
对现有的制造执行系统进行研究,针对企业在生产过程中出现的物流配送及装配过程实时监控能力弱、报警系统不完善和信息交互不及时等问题,提出了基于物联网技术的制造执行系统改进方案,完善了企业制造执行系统的功能,有效地实现了企业系统的集成和动态监控,对企业信息化建设具有一定的实用价值。
Aiming at the problems of the weak tendency of logistics distribution and real-time monitoring capability of the assembly process,imperfect alarm systems and slow information interaction in production process and so on,the improvement program for manufacturing execution system was proposed based on the Internet of Thing technology through the research on existing manufacturing execution system.The functionality of enterprise manufacturing execution system was improved.The enterprise system integration and dynamic monitoring were achieved effectively.It has some practical value for the construction of enterprise information.
