摘要
目的:研究前列舒通胶囊联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性前列腺炎(CP)的临床疗效及其不良反应。方法:选取2008年3月～2011年3月在我院就诊的CP患者126例,随机分为前列舒通胶囊联合左氧氟沙星组(联合组)和左氧氟沙星组(单一组)。治疗4周后,观察其临床有效率,症状缓解率及不良反应发生情况,比较两组前列腺液炎症因子白介素2(IL-2)及白介素6(IL-6)水平。结果:联合组总有效率明显高于单一组(P<0.05)。联合组各种症状缓解率亦明显高于单一组。治疗后两组前列腺液IL-2、IL-6水平均较治疗前显著降低,但联合组降低程度优于单一组。结论:前列舒通胶囊联合左氧氟沙星治疗前列腺炎具有协同效应,更好的改善炎症状态,提高临床疗效。
Objective： To investigate the effect of Qianlieshutong capsule combined levofloxacin on patient with chronic prostatitis. Methods： 126 patients with chronic prostatitis were rarndomly divided into two groups： combination group and levofloxacin group （single group）. After 4 weeks the efficacy, remission rates, adverse events and interleukin 2 （IL-2） and interleukin-6 （IL-6） in prostatic： fluid were observed and compared between the two groups. Results： The total effectiveness rates of Qianlieshutong capsule - levo- floxacin group are significantly higher than levofloxacin group （P〈0. 05）. After treatment, the levels of IL- 2 and IL-6 were significantly lower than those before treatment, but which of combination group were lower than single group＇s. Conclusions： Qianlieshutong capsule combined with levofloxacin can better improve the inflammatory state, to enhance clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.
