摘要
通过溶液插层法制备聚乙烯醇/α-磷酸锆纳米复合材料,通过X射线衍射仪、热分析仪、微量燃烧量热仪等对复合材料的结构、热稳定性和燃烧特性进行研究。结果表明:α-磷酸锆的加入有利于促进碳渣的生成,提高材料的阻燃性能。
Nanocomposite of poly (vinyl alcohol) with ( type zirconium phosphate (α-ZrP) were prepared by solution blending. Their morphologies, thermal stability and flammability performance were characterized by X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis and microscale combustion calorimetry. It was established that the introduction of α-ZrP could promote the formation of char and improve flammability performance of the materials.
