摘要
目的应用微波消解-氢化物原子荧光法测定酱油中总砷。方法用微波消解对酱油进行消化,用原子荧光测定酱油中砷含量。结果检出限0.06μg/L,测定精密度为0.43%和0.12%回收率94.9%~102.5%。结论微波消解-氢化物原子荧光测定酱油中总砷,消化时间短、消解完全、结果准确,能够很好的检测酱油中总砷。
Objective To determine total arsenic in soy sauce by microwave digestion system--hydride generation atomic florescence spectrophotometry. Methods The sample were digested by microwave digestion system and determined arsenic in sample by atomic florescence. Results T he detection limit of method is0.06ug.L-1,and the precision of measurement is 0.43% and 0.12%,The recovery rate is from 94.9%to 102.5%. Conclusion This kind of method about digest and detection is rapid, completely and accurate and reliance which can meet the requirement of total arsenic in soy sauce.
