摘要
利用复合式厌氧折流板反应器(HABR),以某生产全棉机织布的印染厂含硫酸盐印染废水作为原水,在温度为30~40℃,水力停留时间HRT=24 h条件下,研究了m(COD)∶m(SO42-)变化对HABR处理效能的影响。结果表明m(COD)∶m(SO42-)>3时,系统运行状况良好,COD、硫酸盐去除率均较高;当m(COD)∶m(SO42-)≤3时,系统运行效果较差。
The effect of the changes of m (COD):m (SO4 2-) on the performance of the hybrid anaerobic baffled reactor (HABR) has been investigated, under the following conditions : hydraulic retention time (HRT) is 24 h, and temperature 30-40 ℃. The printing and dyeing wastewater containing sulfate from a cotton-woven cloth factory is used as raw water. The results show that when the influent m (COD):m(SO4 2-) is 〉3, the operation situation of the system is pretty good : both of the removing rates of COD and SO4 2- are pretty high. When m (COD) :m (SO4 2-) is ≤ 3, the operation effect of the system is rather poor.
