摘要
职业院校和企业是社会分工的结果,二者之间的合作关系随着社会分工程度的变化而变化。根据涂尔干的社会分工论,校企合作式职业教育大致需要经历三个阶段,即机械团结阶段、初级有机团结阶段和高级有机团结阶段;机械团结阶段和初级有机团结阶段是校企合作式职业教育的历史和现状,在社会分工高度精细化和市场交换机制高度健全的未来,校企合作式职业教育必将进入高级有机团结阶段。
Vocational schools and enterprises are the result of the social labor division, and their cooperative relations vary with the degree of the social labor division. According to the social labor division theory of Emile Durkheim, the development of the school-enterprise cooperated vocational education experienced three stages, which are mechanical solidarity stage, primary stage of organic solidarity and advanced stage of organic solidarity. The fist two stages are the history and current situation of the relationship between vocational schools and enterprises, and the last one is the development tendency of the school-enterprise cooperated vocational education in the future which social labor division is delicately developed and the market exchange mechanism is highly completed.
