摘要
工程造价管理是建筑项目管理的重要组成部分，其对于整个建筑工程项目的投资决策、工程设计、招标投标、建设施工和竣工结算以及加速经济发展等都有决定性的意义。工程造价管理的目标就是利用科学管理的方法，合理地确定造价和有力地控制造价，以此来提高建筑安装施工企业的经营效果。本文对目前工程造价管理中存在的问题展开分析，对如何更好地对工程造价工作进行科学有效的管理，并建立一套健全的工程造价管理体系提出了相应的对策。以期提高工程项目造价管理的经济效益。
The project cost management is an important part of the construction project management, and its importance for the entire construction project investment decisions, engineering design, bidding, construction and completion of the settle-ment, and to accelerate economic development has a decisive significance. The project cost management goal is to use the methods of scientific management, reasonable to determine the cost and favorable cost of control, in order to improve the operating results of the construction and installation of construction enterprises.
