摘要
以产权经济学理论为依据，针对公路资产产权的特性，对产权、收费公路资产产权流动性及收费公路资产产权流动中的利益关系等几个关键问题做了简要的分析。
On the basis of property right economics theory, several key problems in property right, toll road property right liquidity and benefit relationship of property rights liquidity in toll road are briefly analysed aiming at the features of highway property rights
