摘要
目的评价双腔支气管导管在胸科手术的临床应用。方法插管时间、定位时间、导管移位例数、侧卧位后气道峰压增加率、方便术侧肺的吸引和供氧、单肺通气和双肺通气可以相互转换例数、肺萎陷程度、具有多种形式的两肺分别通气功能、咽痛声嘶发生率。结果与B组比较,A组导管移位例数、单肺通气和双肺通气可以相互转换例数、方便术侧肺的吸引和供氧、具有多种形式的两肺分别通气功能、肺萎陷程度均降低(P<0.05)。结论双腔支气管插管技术是大多数胸科手术病人首选的肺分隔技术,与单腔支气管堵塞导管相比较,导管移位例数、单肺通气和双肺通气可以相互转换例数、方便术侧肺的吸引和供氧、具有多种形式的两肺分别通气功能、肺萎陷程度均降低。
