摘要
简要地对ＭＩＳ在开发与运行时所需的科学管理基础进行分析，并对ＩＳＯ９０００在实际中的运行绩效进行描述，指出贯彻ＩＳＯ９０００是管理信息系统成功运行的基础。
Scientific management basis needed by opening and developing MIS was analyzed. The achievement of ISO 9000 running in practice was illustrated. It was pointed out that basis for MIS running successful was that ISO 9000 was implemented.
