摘要
探讨王庆其教授治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床经验,并举验案1则。认为脾气亏虚、气阳不足、虚火上炎是重要病机,临证根据"实则阳明,虚则太阴"的原则,区别阴阳虚实,对于脾气亏虚、阳气不足者应以健脾益气为主辨证治疗;可从外科"痈疡"论治,将中医外科治疗痈疡的"消、托、补"三法则应用于本病的辨治过程中;该病反复发作的原因与患者的体质因素密切相关,临证应"辨质论治",采取综合措施改善体质,防止复发。
This paper discussed Professor Wang Qingqi＇ s experience with recurrent oral ulcer, and one proven case was represented. He views that deficiency of spleen qi, lack of qi yang and hyperactivity of asthenia fire are the main pathogenesis. ＂Excessive disease located in Yangming and deficient disease located in Taiyin＂ is the principle. Yin, Yang, Xu and Shi should be differentiated. Patient with deficiency of spleen qi and lack of Yang qi should be treated by invigorating spleen and supplementing qi method. The three methods of ＂elimination, support, supplement＂ to treat carbuncle and ＂abscess can be applied to treat recurrent oral ulcer also, The reason for recurrent oral ulcer is related to constitution of the patients, and the comprehensive therapy should be applied to prevent recurrent oral ulcer.
