摘要
本文对近年来原子光谱、电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)与色谱联用技术在食品样品中铬元素形态分析中的应用进行概述,介绍联用技术离子色谱(IC)、高效液相色谱(HPLC)在形态分析中的应用。
A review on the speciation analysis of chromium in food samples in recent years by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry（ICP-MS） and hyphenated chromatographic techniques was summarized.The application of ion chromatography（IC）,the hyphenated technique including high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） are introduced.
