摘要
以淀粉水解为研究对象 ,研究不同电场强度作用下 ,酶膜反应器透过通量随时间的变化情况 ,结果表明 ,在膜两侧施加直流电场能减轻淀粉酶解反应与超滤膜分离一体化系统中的膜污染和浓差极化现象 ,并发现存在一个临界电场强度 .
The changes of permeated fluxes of starch enzymolysis membrane reactor versus time were studied under the different electric field strengths. The experimental results showed that the membrane fouling and concentration polarization in the integrated system could be reduced by DC electric field applied on the ultrafiltration membrane. A critical electric field intensity was discovered.
