摘要
对酶水解液合成脂肽表面活性剂做了研究 ,中性蛋白酶AS1 .398在pH =7.5、T =50℃、E/S =1 2 0 0 0U/g、S =5%、t =8h时所得水解液合成出脂肽性能较好 ,用SephadexG 50 ,SephadexG 1 5分析了水解液的近似分子量分布情况 .蛋白酶解物与长链脂肪酰氯进行酰化的条件进行比较系统的研究 ,得出较佳的温度 2 5℃ ,酶解物与脂肪酶氯的摩尔比为 0 .7∶1 ,pH值为 9.0 .对由月桂酸、油酸、硬脂酸、菜籽油脂肪酸为原料合成的脂肽性能做了对比研究 .
The preparation of lipopeptide by protease hydrolysate is studied in this paper. Neutral protease ASI.398 can prepare optimun lipopeptide under the condition of pH7.5,50 ℃,E/S=12000 u/g,s=5%,t=8h.Using Sephadex G-50 and Sephadex G-15 analyses the molecular weight of hydrolysis products. Reaction of protease hydrolysate and RCOCI is studied, then, the optimum conditions are:25 ℃,protease hydrolysate;RCOCI=0.7∶1, pH9.0. Lauric acid, stearic acid, oleic, rapic acid affection the quality of lipopeptide is also studied.
