立井防过放缓冲器摩擦材料磨损形貌分析 被引量:2

摘要 用CETR多功能摩擦试验机模拟立井防过放缓冲器实际工况,对依据缓冲器摩擦片和摩擦盘材料制成的试样开展不同压力和滑动速度下的销盘磨损试验,并考察比较压力和速度对磨损的影响大小,对扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观测到的石棉摩擦片材料与45号钢摩擦盘对磨后的磨损形貌进行了分析。分析结果表明:无论是正压力还是速度的增大,都使得摩擦片磨损越来越严重,形貌越来越复杂,且压力比速度对摩擦片磨损的影响更大。 CETR multifunctional friction tester was used to simulate the actual working conditions of anti-over-discharging buffer for vertical shaft,pin wear tests of different pressure and sliding speed were made for the sample made of buffer friction plate and friction disc materials,and the influence of pressure and speed on wear was also inspected and compared.The paper analyzed asbestos friction plate materials observed by SEM and wear morphology grinding with No.45 steel friction disc.The results showed: whether positive pressure or speed increasing,friction plate wore more and more seriously,morphology was more and more complex and the impact of pressure on friction plate wear was greater than that of speed.
