摘要
目的:观察随经叩刺结合补阳还五汤加味治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:将并发周围神经病变的2型糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均基础治疗(控制血糖加口服弥可保),观察组另取梅花针随经叩刺并服用补阳还五汤治疗,对照组常规针刺。两周为一疗程,治疗2个疗程,同时观察和比较两组症状体征及神经传导速度的变化。结果:患者的自觉症状、临床体征以及MCV、SCV治疗前后均有不同程度的改善,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:随经叩刺结合补阳还五汤加味对糖尿病周围神经病变有良好的疗效。
Objective：To observe the curative effect of combination acupuncture with skin needles as the path with Buyang Huanwu Decoction to treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods：The patients of DPN were randomly divided into 2 groups. The observation group was treated by acupuncture with skin needles as the path adds Buyang Huanwu Decoction. The control group was treated by conventional acupuncture. Observe and com- pare the transformation for four weeks and two weeks made up of a course of treatment. Results ： The self - con- scious symptom, clinical signs and MCV, SCV were all improved in different degree, furthermore the observation group was much better than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Acupuncture with skin needles as the path combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction has a good therapeutic effect to the diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
