摘要
新形势下,女性农民工在融入城市过程中面临比男性农民工更多的排斥与歧视,在生活和工作上要承受更多的困难与挫折。在对保定市女性农民工进行随机抽样调查基础上,对新形势下的女性农民工的生存现状进行了分析,并提出了改善她们生存质量的对策和建议。
Under the new situation, female migrant workers are facing more exclusion and discrimination than male migrant workers in the process of integration into the city, and they have to bear more of the difficulties and setbacks in life and work. On the basis of a random sample survey on women migrant workers of Baoding, we analyzed the survival situation among female migrant workers under the new situation, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve their quality of life.
