摘要
目的探讨3.0T MR 3D-FIESTA(3Dfast imaging employing steady state acquisation,3D-FIESTA)和3D-TOF序列在血管压迫性面肌痉挛中的应用价值。方法 24例临床怀疑血管压迫性面肌痉挛的患者分别以3.0T磁共振3D-FIESTA序列和3D-TOF序列行桥小脑角区扫描,采用多平面重建(MPR)及最小密度投影行后处理。结果3D-FIESTA显示血管压迫24例,3D-TOF序列显示22例,2例显示欠佳,不能准确诊断。24例患者行微血管减压术,均证实有血管压迫,压迫血管共35根,分别为小脑前下动脉14例,小脑后下动脉17例,椎动脉2例,静脉2例。结论FIESTA和TOF序列联合应用能准确定位血管走向及其与神经的关系,为外科医生提供更准确、全面的影像学资料,以保证手术准确、顺利进行。
Objective To evaluate the value of 3D-FIESTA(3D fast imaging employing steady state acquisation,3D-FIESTA) and 3D-TOF sequence in the 3.0T MR of hemifacial spasm by vascular compression.Methods The study was performed on GE Signa HD MR 3.0Tsuperconducting MRI machine with 3D-FIESTA sequence and 3D-TOF sequence.24 cases with suspected vascular compressional facial spasm undertook scanning in cerebellopontine angle and images were post processed with multi-planar reconstruction(MPR) and minimum intensity projection.Results 24 cases and 22 cases were detected by 3D-FIESTA and 3D-TOF sequence respectively.24 cases with 35 compressional vessels were proved by microvacular decompression surgery,and defined that 14 cases had anterior inferior cerebellar arteries,17cases had posterior inferior cerebellar arteries,2 cases had vertebral arteries,2 cases had veins.Conclusion Combination FIESTA with TOF sequence can precisely localize the relationship of vessel and never,so they can provide more correct and overall image data to ensure that operations succeed.
