前路双钢板内固定治疗骶髂关节骨折脱位的护理

摘要 目的总结前路双钢板内固定治疗骶髂关节骨折脱位的护理特点。方法对31例前路双钢板内固定治疗骶髂关节骨折脱位的患者做好术前护理、术后病情观察、并发症预防及功能锻炼指导。结果 31例患者住院期间未发生护理并发症,2～3个月骨折脱位均达临床愈合,随访5～18个月均恢复正常生活。结论骶髂关节前路双钢板内固定术有直视复位、固定可靠、有效避免神经损伤的优点;科学有效的护理能提高手术疗效,预防并发症发生。
