摘要
从Spinor与声子相互作用考虑,讨论La_(2-x)M_xCuO_4中CuO_2平面上AFS涨落诱导的Peierls失稳性,求出Spinor声子系统的自由能,计算La_2CuO_4结构相变温度与掺杂的关系,得到了随着系统温度下降,系统可能经历二次结构相变的结论,为实验结果提供了一个可能的解释。
We propose a spinor-phonon Hamiltonian to account for the Peierls instabil-ity driven by large antiferromagnetic spin fluctuations in the copper oxide plane.Using the free energy of the spinor-phonon system, we establish a relationbetween the doping fraction and the cransition temperature associated with thestructural phase transition of the high-temperature superconducting materialLa_(2-X)M_XCuO_4. The results show that upon cooling the system changes from thehigh-temperature tetragonal phase to the orthorhombic phase and then to thetetragonal phase at an even lower temperature.The results give a possible expla-nation for the recent experiment of P.D.Axe et al.
