剖宫产子宫切口瘢痕缺陷三例及文献复习 被引量：22

摘要 一、病例摘要 病例1：患者34岁,因二次剖宫产术后5年余,经期进行性延长5年于2010年4月10日入院。患者分别于2000年、2005年因＂骨盆狭窄＂行剖宫产,第二次剖宫产术中出血较多,具体情况不详,术后反复少量阴道出血,B超提示子宫切口血肿,经积极治疗后血肿消失,症状消失。恢复月经后经期由剖宫产术前的5～6d延长至术后的12～13d,无腹痛、痛经,近3～4年以来症状较以前加重,经期延长至15～20d,月经周期无明显改变。曾多次在外院就诊,诊刮3次,
