摘要
目的：研究小切口有限内固定联合人工骨植入对跟骨关节内骨折的临床疗效.方法：对2009 年10 月-2011 年10 月笔者所在医院23例（25 足） 跟骨关节内骨折患者进行小切口有限内固定联合人工骨植入治疗,运用足外侧小切口,羟基磷灰石人工骨进行关节面填充,钢板固定.结果：随访3～7 个月,平均5.4 个月,按AO 足踝评分系统评价,优15 足,良8 足,可2 足,平均88.5 分.结论：小切口有限内固定联合人工骨植入治疗跟骨关节内骨折疗效较好,且创伤小、并发症少,值得临床推广.
Objective ：To study limited internal fixation with small incision and artificial bone implantation for intra-artieular calcaneal fractures. Methods ：From October 2009 to October 2011 23 cases of intraarticular caleaneal fracture were limited internal fixation with small incision and artificial bone implantation for the treatment of foot, used small lateral incision, hydroxyapatite artificial hone joint surface filling, plate fixation.Results ：All cases were followed up for 3 to 7 months, the average is 5.4 months.Results were evaluated by AO ankle scoring system, and excellent in 15 feet, good in 8 feet, general in 2 feet, the average score was 88.5.Conclusion ：Limited internal fixation with small incision and artificial bone implantation in the treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fracture curative effect is better, andlesstrauma, fewer complications , worthy of clinieal application.
