摘要
本文概述地震区底部 (包括底部两层 )框架抗震墙砖房结构 ,在其建筑、结构方案阶段应考虑的一些问题 ,并以面积率法初步确定底部抗震墙的最小用量 。
Some structural problems of the brick masonry buildings with frame-shear wall at bottom,that should be considered in the stage of architectural and structural design scheme,are discussed in this paper.By the method of area ratio,the minimum amount of shear wall at bottom is determined preliminarily,which provides the necessary data for structural engineers to work out a reasonable structural layout.
