摘要
努力探索建立乡镇卫生院绩效考核的激励机制,对促进乡镇卫生院的快速健康发展至关重要。本研究主要通过背景分析、乡镇卫生院绩效考核理论工具的选择、绩效考核体系设计实施过程、绩效考核改革的初步成效分析,以及乡镇卫生院绩效考核改革的局限性和未来的展望等方面,对宁乡县乡镇卫生院实施绩效考核改革与创新的情况进行整体的研究分析和阐述。为以后新医改形势下乡镇卫生院绩效考核改革与创新的进一步研究分析,起到一定的推动作用,并提供一定的参考和借鉴意义。
It is significant to explore incentive mechanism of performance evaluation for township health clinics' rapid and healthy development. Some aspects as its background, choice of theoretical pathway to evaluate performance, design of performance evaluation system,limitations of reform and future prospection were analyzed,which can promote reform and innovation of perform-ance evaluation system for township health clinics under the background of new health care reform.
