摘要
目的研究炮弹果果肉的化学成分。方法将炮弹果果肉用95%乙醇提取,通过硅胶、RP-18、Sephadex LH-20等色谱方法分离化合物,波谱方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从炮弹果果肉中分离得到18个化合物,ningpogenin(1)、6-O-p-hydroxybenzoylaucubin(2)、3,3'-bisdemethylpinoresinol(3)、(22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-dien-3β-ol(4)、麦角甾-4,6,8(14),22-四烯-3-酮(5)、麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(6)、5α,8α-epidiory-(22E,24R)-ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol(7)、β-谷甾醇(8)、胡萝卜苷(9)、3β,5α,9α-三羟基-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-6-酮(10)、麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3-酮(11)、sesquiterpene(12)、对羟基苯甲酸(13)、苯甲酸(14)、对羟基苯乙醇(15)、对羟基苯甲醇(16)、D-阿洛醇(17)、5-hydroxymethyl-2-furancarboxaldehyde(18)。结论所有化合物都是首次从炮弹果果肉中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents of sarcocarp of Crescentia cujete. METHODS EtOH (95% , V/V) extracts of sarcocarp of Crescentia cujete were separated and purified by silica gel, RP-18, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, respectively. Their structures were elucidated using spectroscopic analysis. RESULTS A total of 18 compounds were isolated and identified as ningpogenin (1) , 6-O-p-hydroxylbenzoylaucubin (2), 3,3'-bisdemethylpinoresinol (3), (22E, 24R)-ergosta-7,22-dien-313-ol (4), ergosta-4,6,8 (14), 22- dien-3-one (5), cerevisterol (6), 5a, 8a-epidiory-(22E, 24R)-ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol (7), β-sitosterol (8), daucosterol ( 9 ), 3β,5a, 9a-trihydroxyergosta-7,22-dien-6-one ( 10 ), ergosta-7,22-dien-3-one ( 11 ), sesquiterpene ( 12 ), 4-hydroxybenzonicacid ( 13 ), benzoicacid ( 14 ), p-hydroxybenzylethanol ( 15 ), p- hydroxybenzylalcohol (16), D-allitol ( 17 ), 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furancarboxaldehyde ( 18 ). CONCLUSON All the compounds are isolated from sarcocarp of Crescentia cujete for the first time.
