开关电源可靠性的模糊预计及再分配

摘要 开关电源的初步设计阶段,可靠性数据比较缺乏,针对此问题,提出了可靠性模糊预计的方法。利用模糊数学理论中的综合评判方法,综合考虑多方面的模糊因素,借助于已知单元的可靠性来预计开关电源中其它单元的可靠性,进而预计系统的可靠性,然后将设计规定的系统可靠度指标合理地分配给组成该系统的各个单元,确定系统各组成单元的可靠性定量要求,从而保证整个系统的可靠性指标,为初步设计提供可靠性信息。 In the preIiminary stage of the design of switched-mode power supply (SMPS), the reliability data is relatively lack. Aimed at this problem, fuzzy prediction reliability is put forward. Using the theory of fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method, and considering various fuzzy factors, with the aid of the reliability of the unit known to SMPS, the reliability of switch power source in other units is expected. And then the system reliability can be predicted. Finally, the reliability indexes is reasonable distributed to each set unit, and determine quantitative requirements of the system to ensure that the whole system reliability index, so as to provide the reliability information for preliminary design.
