从当前电力发展的主要难点切入,重点解析国家产业政策,以求探究符合国家政策、适应新疆实际的电力建设途径和模式。
Starting from main difficulties in electric power development, the paper focuses on analyzing the industrial policies of the state in order to study the route and model of electric power construction that fit the national policies and suit the practical situation of Xinjiang.
