摘要 目的探讨慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能与血清尿酸(UA)水平之间的关系。方法 264例慢性心力衰竭患者按心功能评级分为Ⅰ~Ⅱ级组(87例)、Ⅲ级组(101例)、Ⅳ级组(76例),比较各组左室射血分数(LVEF)、UA血清水平及两者相关性,并研究心力衰竭各组患者治疗前后UA血清水平改变情况。结果各组间LVEF、UA经方差分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间SNK两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),UA与LVEF值呈直线负相关(rs=-0.78,rs′=-0.79,P<0.05);各组间治疗前后UA,经t检验分析,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 UA与心力衰竭患者心功能密切相关,控制心力衰竭患者UA水平对疾病的预后有积极的作用。 Objective To explore the relationship between chronic heart failure (CHF) in patients with cardiac function and serum uric acid (UA) level. Methods A total of 264 patients with chronic heart failure were divided into class I - Ⅱ group (87 cases),Ⅲ group (101 cases), IWgroup (76 cases) by heart function rating, compared the groups of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), serum levels of UA and correlation between LVEF and UA, researched group of patients with heart failure and UA serum level changes before and after treatment. Results There was a statistically significant difference between LVEF, UA among those groups by analysis of variance (P 〈 0.05), comparison between three groups had significant differences (SNK, P 〈 0.05), UA and LVEF negative correlation (rs=-0.78, rs'=-0.79, P 〈 0.05); UA in all groups before and after treatment had significant differences (P 〈 0.05) by the t test analysis. Conclusion Serum UA level is closely related to cardiac function in patients with congestive heart failure, control of UA level on the prognosis of the disease have a positive effect. It has positive effect to control UA level on the prognosis of patients with heart failure.
