摘要
连续重整装置产的油品含有氯化物，对稳定塔顶部设备和管道产生铵盐堵塞和腐蚀，并使得稳定塔分离效率明显降低。针对铵盐堵塞和腐蚀查找原因，本文分析氯的来源，介绍KT406—1低温液相油品脱氯剂用于重整生成油精制脱氯的工业应用情况。
CCR to produce oil containing chloride, on the stability of tower top equipment and pipeline to produce ammonium salt corrosion and plugging, and makes the stability of tower separation efficiency is reduced obviously. The ammonium salt corrosion and plugging and find out the reasons, analysis of the chlorine source. This paper describes the KT406-1 low-temperature liquid-phase dechlorination agent for the re-generated oil refined oil dechlorination of industrial application.
