摘要
配电网中三相电压不平衡现象多是由于大风天气或设备原因引起的线路分支跌落保险跌落、杆塔鸟窝搭建等原因引起的。在系统发生电压异常时,都是通过远程监控系统根据电压、信号等综合现象区分故障类型。文中结合现场实际运行经验,对配电网中三相电压不平衡现象的危害进行了说明,总结了引起三相电压不平衡的原因及相应处理方法。为电网调度人员和运行值班人员迅速、准确地处理三相电压不平衡故障提供了参考和帮助。
The imbalance of three-phase voltage in the distribution network is a reflection of abnormal and fault state, its causes and hazards vary. In this paper, integrated the actual operating experience, described the hazards of the three-phase voltage imbalance state, and summarized the reasons for causing the three phase--voltage imbalance and the corresponding treatment. Lastly, it is provided a reference and help for power dispatcher and operator to handle the three-phase voltage imbalance fault quickly and accurately.
