摘要
透明质酸(hyaluronic acid,HA)是一种独特的线性黏多糖,广泛分布于人体各组织的细胞外基质中,具有很强的亲水性和高度的黏弹性HA是关节滑液的主要成分,由滑膜细胞、成纤维细胞和软骨细胞分泌,在保护关节软骨中起着重要作用。目前,HA已广泛应用于运动医学领域、特别是骨关节炎治疗,同时也被用于关节扭伤、冻结肩和肩袖损伤等疾病治疗。本文就HA的理化特性及其在运动医学中的应用情况作一综述。
Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a unique linear mucopolysaccharide which is distributed widely in the extracellular matrix of human tissues and has strong hydrophilicity and high viscoelasticity. HA is the major chemical component of synovial fluid, secreted by synovial cells, fibroblasts and chondrocytes, which play its essential role for protecting the articular cartilage. Currently, HA has been widely used in sports medicine, especially in the treatment of osteoarthritis. In addition, the efficacy of HA has been recently demonstrated in the treatment of joint sprains, frozen shoulder, rotator cuff lesion, etc. Aim of the present paper is to summarize the physicochemical properties of HA and its applications in sports medicine.
