气密封特殊螺纹接头加工方法的改进 被引量:4

摘要 气密封特殊螺纹接头对螺纹牙型和密封面质量要求高,需使用数控车床加工。数控车床加工过程中,循环程序在节约机床内存占用、减少计算量和提高编程可操作性等方面有良好效果。但特殊螺纹接头结构独特,采用循环程序会因为加工轮廓曲线的特殊形状而导致空走行程增大,生产效率降低。论文针对一种新型气密封特殊螺纹接头接箍的加工过程,对其粗车和密封面精车两个工序的实际情况进行了分析研究,提出了加工改进方法,从而使车削空走行程减少,加工效率明显提高,能耗水平和生产成本合理降低。通过现场应用,取得的良好效果表明改进方法的实用性。 Premium connection has high quality requirements on thread and sealing surface and need to be machined by CNC latheUsing loop processing has advantages in reducing memory footprint, cutting the computational procedure and ease of programming However, null-stroke is often increased because of the special processing procedures contour shape, as a result, the productivity would be reduced.
