摘要
目的:针对骨折患者,探讨适合患者骨骼解剖形态和骨折病理形态特点的数字化接骨板的定制过程和方法,通过数字技术使接骨板完全个体化、特异化。方法:由CT薄断层扫描及三维成像获取骨折部位及对应健侧骨骼的原始数据,经电脑处理生成快速成型所需的数据。通过快速成型技术制作患者具体骨折的模型,模拟骨折复位,经电脑分析、处理,设计适合该患者骨折部位的接骨板及设计好预留固定的螺钉孔、接骨板形态。通过数字化程控技术生产出适合骨折患者的个性化数字接骨板。结果:成功定制了首例应用于股骨近端骨折的的数字化接骨板。结论:该方法是通过结合螺旋CT三维成像、计算机辅助设计制造、数控仿真加工技术为创伤骨科患者成功定制出完全数字化、个体化的接骨板,对创伤骨科骨折患者来说,不失为一种较理想的内固定植入物,有很大的发展和应用前景。
Objective : Aiming at the fracture patients, to explore suitable in patients with skeletal anatomy and morphology of fracture and pathologic features of digital plate in the customization process and method, through digital technology makes the plate completely individualized. Method :Obtained the raw data of the fracture site and the corresponding contralateral bone by CT thin tomography and three-dimensional imaging technology. With the assistance of rapid prototyping of data generated by the computer processe, used rapid prototyping technology to produce specific fracture model, used computer to simulate fractures, analysis and design plate with a fixed screw holes.Result :Success in customization the first individual internal fixation with femoral plate for the treatment of femoral fracture. Conclusion :The new method of individual internal fixation with steel plate customization according to 3D reconstruction of CT images and machining technique is a good news for patients of orthopedic trauma. We are fully confident of the future development of the method of individual internal fixation with steel plate customization.
